How we operate
Three rules for what gets on the shelf
We make nothing ourselves. What we control is what we are willing to sell you, and how we sell it.

Doses have to be disclosed
If a maker hides its amounts inside a proprietary blend total, we do not stock it. A supplement that conceals its doses is concealing something about its doses, and we are not willing to pass that on to you.

One price, no theatre
Our prices sit on a fixed published ladder. No fake original price crossed out, no flash sale that runs permanently, no discount code you feel stupid for not having. The number you see is the number.

We will talk you out of things

Before you buy
Do these actually work?
Honestly: it depends on the person, the formula and what you are measuring. Response to this category varies a lot between individuals, and plenty of people notice nothing. That is exactly why we stock a 30-count bottle and take returns for 60 days on opened product. Run the experiment cheaply before you spend real money.
Are these a substitute for prescription medication?
No. These are dietary supplements, not medicines, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition — including attention, sleep or mood conditions. If you are considering supplements as an alternative to prescribed treatment, please talk to your prescriber first.
How does your pricing work?
Every product sits on a fixed, published set of price points. We do not run permanent sales, and we do not display a crossed-out price we never charged. Subscribers pay 20% less, which is a real, ongoing discount rather than a first-order trick. Manufacturers set their own list prices; ours are ours.
Do you manufacture any of this?
No. We are an independent retailer. Everything here is made by the brand named on the product — Onnit, Neurohacker Collective, Mind Lab Pro, Gorilla Mind, Thrivous — and arrives sealed in the manufacturer's own packaging. Formulations, labels and testing are theirs; what we control is which products we are willing to stock and how we price them.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day, otherwise the next business day. Shipping is free over $50 and a flat $5.95 below that. Full detail is on the shipping and returns page.
Can I return something I have opened?
Yes. Sixty days, opened or unopened. If a formula did nothing for you, that is a legitimate reason for a refund and you do not need to argue it with anyone.
